First you need to know that God has always removed his children (those that believe and worship him) from his wrath and deliverance from their (his) enemies. In the apocryphal book of Jasher chapter 3 or 4 God allowed the righteous ones to die out. The last being Methuselah Enoch’s son (Genesis 5:21.) This part of the story comes from the Book of Jasher as well. Except for Noah before the flood. God delivered Israel out of the hands of Pharaoh in Egypt.
Another instance that God delivered his Righteous people from his wrath is found in Genesis chapter 19 This is the story of the twin cities of Sodom and Gomorrah. Remember also in Genesis chapter 18: 32-33 Abraham was interceding on behalf of the two cities. God told him that if he found at least ten righteous people there he would not destroy them. Instead there were only about four people that were right with God and they were Lot and his family. God sent two angels to remove them before the Cities destruction.
I firmly believe that God has an escape plan for his Church and what follows are the seven raptures mentioned in the Bible, the first three are a type of rapture.
1. Enoch
2. Elijah Second Kings Chapter 2:11
3. Jesus’s Ascension Acts 1:9
4. The Church 1 Thes 4:16, Rev. 1:7, 1Peter 1:13, The Church is not seen on earth after Rev. Chapter 4.
5. Mid Tribulation Rapture Rev. 7, & 14
6. Two witnesses rapture Rev. 11:11-12 Notice this is the Same command for the Church in Rev. 4:1.
What do you think about the seven raptures mentioned in the bible?
