Why Am I Here Anyway?

Introduction
No one asks their parents can I be born? But, rather as babies we find ourselves here on planet earth born of a mother and a father.
We are brought into this world generally crying; if we don’t cry right away after we are born we get a smack on the back side and wonder, why? And whoever is delivering us whether it’s a doctor, nurse, or someone else they won’t quit until we do cry.
What a Start
What a start, ugh! To top it off we are born naked and need something wrapped around us to help us feel more secure.
Soon we learn if we cry we get attention and get things that make us feel good like milk and a diaper change. We get fussed over and adults, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, other relations and friends of our families make funny faces and noises at us which we don’t understand. But, somehow it’s not so bad. After while we figure out we like the attentions we are receiving so, we practice crying to get things and to get attention. That stage passes and we find we are doing something called crawling and that’s good because we can get to the things that sparkle and we try grabbing them to examine whatever it is and we get told, “No”. We hear, “no” so often that we begin to say, “No” and somehow when we say, “no” it’s not the same as when they say it. We can’t figure out why so, we cry and generally when we do cry we seem to get attention but, not always the kind we want.
As time passes we find that we have made it through different growing phases until the day comes and we start school and leave mommy and many of us cry. The new environment for some of us may seem a little scary but, we make it through our first day. And we are happy to see our mommy and feel secure again. From the first grade to the 12th grade we undergo many changes, and challenges which teach us to become independent to function as adults, and in society whether are realize it or not.
What’s the Purpose Of Man?
What is the purpose of man? What are we doing here? Is there a reason for our existence? The bible tells us that God has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also planted eternity in men’s hearts and minds (Ecc.3:11 Amp.) This is the natural longing to go on living and not to cease, not to die, but to live. The word of God tells us that we are made in Gods image and those who accept Jesus Christ as their personal Savior he gives power to become the sons of God! (John 1:12). Jesus referring to the resurrection of the dead in Matt. 22:32 taught that God is the God of Abraham, Isaac; and of Jacob. He is not the God of the dead but of the living!
I believe that the purpose that God created mankind for: is for us to find the Lord by asking Jesus to come into our hearts and to save us. When we do this and mean it we become sons and daughters of God, to live with Him as his children forever in companionship with Him and each other; which includes the saints that are in our family that have gone on to heaven before us. In heaven there will be no more loss, no more dying, no more crying because one day God will wipe away all our tears and we will be able to reside with the Lord and one another forever and forever throughout eternity. ( Isa. 25:8 – 1 Th. 4:13 – 18)
