An Open Letter From A Not So Famous Christian Author To Professing Christians Regarding The Election Issues

As November 8th approaches, all eye’s are on the Presidential election. Many Christians, I feel, are on the sidelines watching or not watching the big show. And that is what it is… a Big Show.

Many Christians, may not turn out to vote, because of the slandering from both sides. This in my opinion, is a mistake. Yes, as Jeremy Strang, has mentioned in his open letter, we need a deeper relationship with Christ. But this election, will have an impact on our lives for the next 50 or more years to come.

The 2016 Presidential election, it is the President, that will re-place our Supreme Court Judges. From what I have heard, there could be as many as 4. Right now we President Obama, could replace Judge Scalia, seat with a judge that will vote secular. Or at least, that is the fear.

Is this Presidential race a vote for a lesser of 2 evils? Every vote is a vote for a lesser of two evils, but this year, will be a vote for the Constitution that our founding fathers put in place, VS. turning toward a more secular socialistic society.

Jerry Fallwell Jr. on Trump Support

Conservative Christian Jerry Falwell Jr., the president of Liberty University, explained why he continues to support Donald Trump. “I believe Donald Trump and I believe he is a good man,” Falwell said. “He has denied these allegations and I believe he is a different man than he was 11 years ago. He’s been changed by his family and by the American people. These women could have told these story years ago and this is very suspicious, it’s just a little too convenient.” Falwell stressed the importance of having a Republican appoint future Supreme Court justices. “The Supreme Court is at stake and evangelical leaders are concerned about that. We could see Hillary Clinton’s appointees affect the country for 40 years, and religious leaders are focused on America’s future, not Trump’s past.”

To Vote or not to vote.. that is between you and God, with that you should remember what is at stake and how your Christian freedoms may be affected.

Below is a very well written open letter, from Christian author Jeremy Strang.
